Hangar 9 is an independent fashion boutique in London, ON, the kind of brand where every touchpoint matters and the visual standard has to hold whether you're looking at an email, an in-store display, or a social post. As Marketing Content Coordinator, I owned the content and design pipeline: planning, creating, and executing across email marketing, social media, web, and print; often within the same week.
The most significant system I built was a modular email design framework in Adobe XD, a library of data-informed templates and reusable components that standardized the look of every campaign send and cut production time considerably.
Before it existed, every email started from scratch. After, the brand had a consistent, scalable system it could build on.
Email marketing was another big part of my job. I planned and designed email campaigns to keep customers engaged and in the loop about what’s new. By analyzing the data, I was able to improve the performance of these campaigns over time.
Beyond email, the role required constant context-switching: one day writing and scheduling social content, the next updating the Shopify storefront for a new collection drop, the next designing in-store print materials for an upcoming event. That range, and the discipline to keep the brand voice coherent across all of it, is what I'm most proud of from this chapter
